The living room is situated at the base of a tower on the spacious ground floor and is on the same level as the terrace. The living room has big windows with a fantastic sea view.
You can use the DVD/CD player and a satellite TV.
For cold winter nights, there is an open fire and for the hot summer days there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms with each 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. A foldable cot is also foreseen.

Our villa is situated in a beautifull garden of 800m2.
The kidney shaped swimming pool measures 4m by 8m and is situated by the side of the terrace so that you have a perfect view on the sea from the swimming pool.
Garden furniture for 8 people and of course a barbecue and a petanque is foreseen.
The house, the main terrace and the swimming pool are on the same level. You only need to take some stairs to reach the front door.
In Cumbre Del Sol all necessary facilities are present during the whole year: a supermarket, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a doctor.
In the supermarket, there is a very good vegetable and fruit department, and there is fresh fish and meat available daily.
The resort is located at the side of a nature reserve where you can take nice walks.
In Cumbre Del Sol you can enjoy different caves and the beautiful Moraig beach, called after the rock that is hanging out high above the beach. The clear blue water with the rock and the caves make this part of the beach to a unique place. On the beach, there is a bar from May until the beginning of November called "Chiringuito cala Moraig" so that all cooled drinks and light meals are close by.

The indicated prices are for 1 to 4 persons. If you want to rent for more (max 8 persons) please contact us for the right price.
The endcleaning is required: 80€ for the villa or 120€ for villa + studio.
Airco - heating: jan-febr-nov-dec -july-aug: 20€ pp (min 80€)
other months: 15€ pp (min 60€) - optional
Use of internet is free.
We request a 25%, up front payment, of the hire price and a deposit of 400 euro at the time of signing the rental agreement. The deposit will be paid back at the end of the hire period after checking the house.
From june till september, the renting period is from saturday 16.00u till saterday 10.00u.
Out of season everything is possible.

Under the pool there is a laundry room with washer and dryer that tenants can always use.
The endcleaning is required.
If you are staying for a longer period, you can request an additional cleaning.
