A stairway leads up to the first floor where there is a large, well-lit living room with a fireplace and a kitchen area with a stove and a dishwasher.
Two windows look out from the living space over the very old street, Via Costa di Santa Chiara; this leads up to the gate of a former convent, which today is home to a fantastic restaurant.
On the same floor there is a small studio with a view out over the country, a double bedroom with a great view and a twin bedroom, also with a view.
A single bathroom with a shower serves both bedrooms.
Another, internal staircase takes you up to the upper floor, where there is a veranda with a pleasant view over the roofs of the town; an ideal spot for relaxation.
